Introducing the RSS Training Team: Elevating Client Success Through Comprehensive Training

    One of our goals at RSS is to provide excellent customer service and to empower clients to maximize our solutions towards positive organizational change. Whether you're an onboarding client or you’ve been with us since the start, we strive to provide a seamless and positive training experience. With that in mind, we are excited to share that we have launched the RSS Training team. Our Customer Success Team previously handled all training, but as we continue to grow as an organization, we’ve developed a training team to meet the needs of our clients. With over twenty years of combined experience, the training team is responsible for all the training materials—written or digital—for our clients. The team also manages RSS Academy, webinar-style solution and feature overviews, in-depth in-person training, and custom training sessions based on client requests.

    We understand that synchronous, in-person training isn't always possible, so we have begun to build comprehensive online training that is available anytime from any device starting with chemical inventory management. Training videos are now available that help clients learn efficient ways to manage chemicals with RSS. Throughout 2024, you can expect to see the training library grow as more of the same comprehensive training materials are provided for our other most popular solutions. In the meantime, you can still view RSS Academy webinar trainings or request customized training based on your organization's needs.
